We will make every attempt to dispatch items as soon as possible. In most cases this will be next working day. However, as all items are printed in house at the Gorilla HQ.

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.

Please allow up to 14 working days during the Christmas period and 15 working days for International orders

If you are unhappy with your goods we offer a hassle free, extended 30 day replacement or refund policy. The item(s) must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in their original and saleable condition. This also applies to size discrepancies. If it does not meet this criteria this policy will not apply. 

If your items arrive faulty or damaged we will be sure to assess the condition and arrange a replacement or refund providing we are contacted regarding the issue within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please be aware that buyer will bare costs of shipping  where items are to be returned.

Returns – For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 7 business days. This will be minus any postage charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow any refunds enough time to appear in your account or credit card.

Exchanges – Upon receiving your item for exchange we will inspect the items and if it complies with our standard stated above we will then process the order and dispatch the new item(s) within 7-10 working days. Standard shipping time will apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occur with your exchange, such as item out of stock or desired colour or size being sold out, we will immediately notify you by email.

An automated email will be sent to the email address provided upon order notifying you of dispatch. All UK orders are sent via DX couriers on a 24 hour secure service. International orders vary.  Please contact us as [email protected] for tracking details if your order has not been received within two working days of dispatch notification.

Yes. The only exception to this will apply to larger orders where multiple packages are required. In these instances, no additional shipping fee will be incurred.
